Who is Shire for?

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Clients book as guests with their name, email, and phone. That keeps friction low and conversion high.

How does pricing work?

Shire charges a 5% platform fee on the service amount only — not on tips. There’s no monthly subscription in our early release. Standard Stripe processing applies to your payouts.

When do I get paid?

Payments go through your connected Stripe account. Payout timing follows your Stripe settings — typically a few business days to your bank.

Can I customize my page?

Yes — profile and cover photos, bio, location, services, pricing, and booking settings. Your storefront is yours.

What about cancellations?

Clients receive a secure cancel link in their confirmation. You stay in control of your schedule from the dashboard.
